Me llamó la atención la libido presente en casi toda su obra y su particular mirada de una elite de clase alta que parece estar aburrida y aislada aunque esté en una fiesta, aparentemente, animada.
Los personajes no se miran entre sí y hasta algunos parecen avergonzados de lo que hacen, presencian o participan. Todos son muy chic, y si las chicas tienen poca ropa, llevan buenas joyas.
Terry Rodgers es un artista reconocido internacionalmente que trabaja y vive en los Estados Unidos pero sin embargo su obra es en Europa donde tiene más éxito.
Publicó dos libros: “Dimensions of Ambiguity” y “The Apotheosis of Pleasure”. Los trabajos aqui mostrados pertenecen a estos libros.
La obra de Terry Rodgers si bien esta cargada de erotismo, deseo y excesos no deja ser inquietante por su realismo.
